Count doubles

Hi There,

is there any way to count double entries in a column?
I'm trying to find out whether values are already in a list or not.
Currently I'm working the other way round: I'm counting the uniqu
entries and figured out that there are more entries in my column tha
uniques (e.g. there have to be doubles)

Is there any way to:
1. Count the double or, even better
2. Show me what entries are the doubles and where they are
respectively?

To count doubles you can use;

=IF(COUNTIF(A$1:A$1000,A1)=2,A1,"")

and copy down.
