Hi Duane,

Thank you for reply, formula works well.

I just tweaked the cell referencing:

=COUNTIF(C$19:$C19,C19)

so that it counted 1 from my top most cell; i.e C19 (criteria), so
didn't need the +1.

However, How can I get this Formula to work on Filtered Rows: so tha
COUNTIF sequentially counts ONLY the Filtered Visible Cells (and doe
not include the non-filtered data)?
