Countdown timer in Office

I am trying to find a way to create a countdown timer and send it to a friend
through Microsoft Outlook. Is that possible? Or, could I send it as an
attachment using aanother Office program?

Hi Don,

Thanks. In fact, I did try that one, and it works great. But I was
wondering if it's possible to send a file (executable) and have them run it
and the event I already created come up when the launch the executable.
