Countdown Timer

I am trying to create a simple countdown timer ie, I have one date &
time entered in one cell and in another it will show how long there is
to go and count down accordingly - Any ideas yee good folks? TIA

Depends upon how much accuracy you want, but if you are happy for it to
re-paint say every 5 secs, and be roughly correct, you could use the OnTime
method.
