Countdown Timer

I am looking to create a simple countdown timer ie, I have one date
time (13/4/04 - 07:00) and in another cell it displays how man
days/hours/mins left to go. Any ideas yee gool excel folk? All hel
appreciated as I am a TOTAL novice on excel - TI
