Countdown Timer

Hi Guys,

Need to implement a count down timer in a form I'm building.
The Start Time will be entered by the person filling out the form, when they
press GO a timer will then start counting down. Can anyone give me any advice
about how to make this timer?

Any help is appreciated.

You will need to write script in an HTML task pane to do this.
