Countif / and

Hello,

Here is my problem...

I need a formula to do the following...
=Countif a range (A1:Z1) that is greater than zero and
less than 100. Basically I need to count everything
between 0-100. If the number is either 0 or 100, then it
will not count it.

Please help?
