Countif Help

I have a formula that needs to be changed a little. The current formul
is =COUNTIF($H$2:$H$216,"clhill"). What I need changed is that if Dat
Recieved(Column L) = Cancelled it should not count that one. Any hel
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
