Countif with mutiple criteria including text

Need help

Trying to use the sumproduct function to count multiple criteria where one
column has text

Example:

Col. A Col. B
6 Yes, Hot, In
8 No, Cold, Out
6 No, Hot, Out
8 No, Cold, In

I'm trying to count col. A if 8 is In
