Counting Conditional Filtered (By Color) Cells

I am using the conditional filter to color a cell blue if a given condition
exists.

Is it possible for a formula to "Count" the number of cells that are blue
over a given range ?

Use the same criteria that you use for conditional formatting and countif,
so if you format cells greater than 5

=COUNTIF(A2:A200,">5")

as an example

formatted colours.
