counting values

I have a form that is shared and modified often. I need
it to count values from a table but it only counts whole
values not .5 i have altered the code a little but then
it would count the number of entries not the actual
values. Help Please!

It might be helpful if you copy the code you are using to the newsgroup and
then post an example of the data so that we have a better understanding of
