How do I count in the report header the number of times a field is 'true'
as opposed to 'false' ... ? TIA

Use a text box with Control Source of:
= - Sum([YourYesNoFieldNameHere])

In Access True is -1 and False is 0, so summing gives the negative count of
checked boxes.
