Couple of problems.

Bacially I've taught myself how to work most of these, but have a couple of
problems with Access. Why can't I get rid of that ID column? It doesn't
want to start w/the # zero for the first record & if it does, I have to put
it in each time.

Last new file kept locking me out when the school name & email address were
same/close. I would eventually have to erase all fields on that line. then
I could come back and delete the record.

Also, the last time, it kept freezing when I would give the records a
certain ID # it didn't like (whatever that was).

I kep having to back & forth all the time. I'm starting to look for a
different program to use for mailing labels.

Any ideas you can give would be appreciated. Thanks

You did not say what program you are using!
same/close.
What is a 'Last new file'?
BACKUP the database. BACKUP the database.
I assume it is in a form. Open form in design view and delete. also delete
from the source. You might have to remove from the table also.
