Couple of quick questions concerning WSS 3.0 in MSP Server 2007

1. After creating a document library and populating it, using a
nested Group By, each time I initially go to the doc library page,
everything is collapsed. Any way to specify the "tree" is fully
expanded from the onset?

2. Can't seem to figure out how to set either a site or list/doc
library for anonymous login. Following the instructions for either
level, but the option doesn't seem to display anywhere.

At this point, question #1 is the most important to me right now, but
I'd appreciate advise on both :)
