covert quattro pro to excel with microsoft office xp ?

i am using microsoft office xp and have some quattro pro files i would like
to convert to excel. but have not bin able to find away

Hi,
Just to be clear, the converters MS has only claim to convert Quattro Pro
7 (WB3) files AND will only install for Excel 97 or Excel 2000. They will
NOT install under Excel 2003 or XP (2002).
