CPU Utilization Goes to 100% and OL Hangs

This is a new issue not addressed by any existing
Knowledge Base issue. The behavior occurs within 10
seconds of executing Outlook without any user input of any
kind. There have been no known system changes since the
last known normal system function. Ideas?

Which version of Outlook? Did you try renaming outcmd.dat? (C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook)
