Crash of MS Office Document Imaging after SP3

Hello,
we have a big problem, after installing SP3 for Office 2003 we are not able
to open Documentes with a longer filename. If the filename is longer than 54
characters, MS Office Document Imaging crashes after opening any Menuitem.
Our PLM-System creates Filenames about 60 characters, so we are not able to
open these documtens any more.
