Crash when try to navigate to folder in SAVE dialogue box

When I try to SAVE or SAVE AS and attempt to navigate to a folder other than
the default folder in the dialogue box, Office crashes.

This happens in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project. I have Office
Professional 2003 versions of all of those, running under W2K.

I don't have any network drives connected.
