Crashed!

Hi all... need help desperatly....

Problems with my comp... am able to get into Safe Mode.
Only big hangup before I transfer to different machine is
my address book and all my e-mails. Need to save both and
transfer to new machine.

Went through the help files but am quite confused. Am
using Office 2003 Outlook (not Outlook Express).

How do i save these item and transfer to new machine?

Outlook files, and the other gives instructions for moving to a new Outlook
2002 or Outlook 2003 machine.
