crashes on print preview

At least half the time when I do a print preview, the
program crashes with no error messges. When I re-open the
program and try to open my file, it tells me that it is in
use. So I have to make a copy and save it with a new
name. This is getting VERY frustrating!

Is there a fix for this? Thanks. - Nancy

I am having the EXACT same problem - I have not found a fix yet. I've been
checking the Knowledge base for fixes for THIS error, but have not found one
specific to this. There are LOTS of other fixes out there...
