Crashes when editing fowarded email

When I try to edit a message that I am forwarding, Outlook
gives me the error message "OUTLOOK caused an invalid page
fault inmodule MSO9.DLL at 017f:308c5f2b." and then
crashes. I have not been able to get help from the
knowledge base. Any advice?
