Here is a bug which will cause Excel 2004 to crash. At least, it effectively
crashed all of my clean machines. (HD format, clean install OS X, all patched
installed, Office 2004 full install, all patches applied.)
Description:
For multicolumn listbox control, if list items are added all at once through
an array variable, on Show of the UserForm, Excel 2004 crashes.
Frequency:
For some files, always.
Work Around:
The only fix for such file is to add items to the multicolumn list box one
by one. Never through array all at once.

Note:
- This problem cannot be fixed by re-saving the file in Excel X.
- This problem cannot be reproduced by creating a new file in Excel 2004.
