crashing issues word 2007 office home and student

My computer crashes whenever i try to delete files or move files. I was on
hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes to tech support before the phone went dead
and now i am on hold another 20 minutes and counting. Obviously Microsoft
is not helping; I am under warranty.

Under what warranty? Are you are trying to delete or move files from
within Word 2007? If yes, then don't. Do it from Windows Explorer or
My Computer.
