Crashing while online

I have a 6 month old computer with XP - no different from all my mates. But
mine regularly crashes while I'm online- particularly when I'm closing
programs - not just internet sites but Word files etc.
Do I have a lemon?

Have you done a virus scan?

By the way...this newsgroup is dedicated to Microsoft Access, the database
product. You may find additional information in a WindowsXP NG.
