CRC error on one folder in Outlook 2000

I get a cyclic redundancy check "CRC" error on one folder, I can rename the folder and move it, but can't delete the folder or open in.

This is not letting me back up the PST file.

Can you copy it? Also make sure Outlook is closed at that time.
