creat folded menuHow to create folded menu, name outside, info i.

I am trying to make a menu for a friend. I want the anme of the restaurant
on the front and the menu items inside. I am not familiar enough with Word
to create this. I want it all on one piece of paper, somewhat like a
greeting card.

Is there someone that can direct me to the right menus or give me directions?

At its simplest, this is a two page document created in landscape layout
with a two column table on each page to contain the layout. On the first
page the right column will contain the 'front' of the menu and the left
column the 'back'. The second page, printed on the back of the first page,
will contain the menu items. You will probably want to put a narrow third
column between the two main columns to allow for the fold.

Graham has the right start, but I would suggest two changes:

1. When I create this type of layout (usually for concert programs, but it's
the same idea), I put "pages" 2 and 3 on page1, 4 and 1 on page 2. This
allows the text from "page" 3 to continue onto "page" 4, while the cover
("page" 1) is usually freestanding anyway.

2. You don't need to add a center column; just set the distance between
columns equal to the sum of your outside margins.
