Create a button on a Form to Close current database and open anoth

I want to create a button on my current switchboard form with will do the
following:

Close the current form
Close the current database
Open another database
Open a specific form within the database

Is this at all possible? I know that I can create a hyperlink, and have
done so, but I wanted to know if there is another option.
