create a custom field only for one project

how i can create a custom field only for one project
if is impossible tell me why?

Open the project and then click Tools - Customize - Fields. Create your
field as needed. Hope this helps.

But do be aware that if you create these types of custom fields ("local"
custom fields) and save your project to a Project Server, they will not be
available in the reporting database. The reporting database only contains
enterprise-wide custom fields. Just wanted to make sure to point this out
in case you had plans of using this field in reporting at any point.

when I Open the project and click Tools - Customize - Fields
i can't create ("local" custom fields) for Entity Project
the ("local" custom fields) are availabale only for task and resource
but not for project
i like linked a field for one and only type of project
