Please provide me a step by step guidance on creating a Custom Tracke
Gantt:

This following should be viewable:

1. Gantt View with timescale from Jan 2009 to Dec 2009 and in monthl
increments.
2. % completion tracked as a separate color bar along
3. Planned Start and Finish dates baseline should appear on top of th
present status bar.
4. Include %compete in the tracker
5. Provide a warning in the tracking gantt for task slippages an
delays.
6. Stop Lights which is coded to % complete.
7. The tracking should be for the next two to 3 months only not for th
whole year.

Appreciate your help

Split tasks from Actual Start to CompleteThrough. These words all appear in
the drop downs. You can format the color at the bottom of the format window
3 and 4. Format/Bar Styles... select the desired bar type. At the bottom of
the form, pull the "Text" tab and specify the desired text.

5. Try Insert/Column use use something like Status. You can also run a
filter from the filter drop down on the toolbar for slipping tasks, late
tasks etc. First set a status date at Project/Project Information...

6. Read my blog, link below. Select Project Information on the left side.

7. Future work will show as unstarted, not to worry.

You may want to start with the tracking gantt view: View/Tracking Gantt.
