Create a desktop shortcut to a OneNote page or section

I'd like to create desktop or file system shortcuts to particular OneNote
pages or sections. The shortcut would act as a convenient reminder to check
back to that page.

This seems like this is probably a common task but I can't see how to do it.

Easy enough:
- right-mouse context-menu;
- select "Copy Hyperlink ..." (this creates a hyperlink to the
paragraph and puts it on the clipboard;
- on the desktop "New | shortcut";
- paste the hyperlink into the entryfield (Ctrl+Ins / Ctrl+V).

That's all
