To make any file available for download, just use the File | Import File
function in FP and import the file into your web. Then you can link to it
just like you would a web page. You may want to put things like a PowerPoint
presentation or Word document into a Zip file to prevent their browser from
trying to open the file (IE will open a linked Word Document inside IE for
example) and just placing the zipped file into the web and linking to it.

Hope this helps,

Create the web page, then import the powerpoint file into frontpage web (File >
Import)....then create the hyperlink to the Powerpoint file.

Do you want it to open online (straightaway) or do you want people to download it
and open it on their machines - I suggest you also link to the download for the
powerpoint viewer on www.microsoft.com because some people may not have MS Office
or the full Powerpoint application.

you can try putting it into a private folder and linking to it fomr therer. I
think that will give the option of downloading it
