create a formula referencing other shape

Hello

I have the default shape ROOM. I want to place two rooms next to eachother
(glued/connected if possible.. how?). When rooms are placed without any
space between it, i don't need two walls. Is it possible to delete/hide one
of the walls that is placed next to the other room.
