Create a Graph

Hi All,

I'm having problems creating a chart in Microsoft Access. Please take a
look at this screenshot:

All 6 numbers shown there are fields in my database: 2000 Actual, 2001
Actual, etc.
I want a graph similar to what I've drawn in RED. A line chart that maps a
point for each of the 6 values.

Please point me in the right direction. This would seem like an easy task.
It is extremely easy in Excel, but I need the graph to be dynamic (changes
as values are updated/changed in the Access database). But so far, using
the Chart wizard in Access has not worked for me. Thanks for any assistance.
