Create a macro that copy asd file

Hello

I like to create a macro that can copy asd file to a server location. I like
this macro to run when word is open. I'm thinking with Normal.dot. Does any
know of a way to do this? Thanks a bunch!

What's an asd file?

This is not how Word's auto recover system works. You can set the folder for
autorecovery files from tools > options > file locations, but that's a
registry fix and not a template issue. If you want a macro to automatically
