Create a minimised shortcut for MS Outlook XP, to open minimised

Hi there, I'm trying to adjust my MS Outlook shortcut to open or run as
minimised. I have changed the shortcut properties but the program always
opens as a maximised program.

Any ideas how I can get round this?
