Create a PDF/X-1a:2001 compliant file.

My printer need to receive a PDF file as PDF/X-1a:2001 compliant. Can
someone tell me it the PDF created with "Publish as PDF" or the "take to a
Commercial Printing Service" option under "Pack and Go" in Publisher 2007
meets this spec or will I need to purchase adobe distille?
