Create a pivot table via applescript

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Intel Hi, This is probably something simple that I'm missing but can anyone explain how to create a pivot table in excel via applescript? No matter what I do I keep getting the error "can't make class pivot table". I've found an example online but it doesn't work either.
