create a send button in excel

i need to create a button on an excel work sheet that when pressed will email
the sheet as an attachement to various email adresses.

any suggestions on how the macro should look would be greatly apprecieted

Do you want a new macro for each group of addresses or a macro that sends
mulitple emails to each different group.
