Try Alt+0167 for it, using the numeric keypad. You can add it to autocorrect
and type a couple of letters, but it's often just as easy to remember the
alt codes for commonly used characters as it is to remember a series of
keystrokes.
If you use word as the editor, you can type the Unicode code (the characters
following the U+ in the lower left of the character map) and alt+x to insert
extended characters.
You can cheat and use the charmap to help you learn the codes - at start
menu, run, type charmap then click the advanced view checkbox.
