Create a table from 3 tables of 3 different bases

How to create a table with the fields Name, first name, address, etc,
starting from 3 tables of 3 different bases and avoid repetition of names?

This will be almost impossible to do without duplicates, because the data
will not be the same. For example, these addresses would be treated as
different:
14/3 First Ave
14/3 First Avenue
Unit 14 3 First Avenue
and so on.

If you want to try anyway, you could link (or import) the 3 tables, and
create a UNION query based on the results. The UNION automatically
de-duplicates. Then change it to an Append query, to add the results to a
new table.
