Create a user defined clip board to store short text entries

I frequently have to enter my name, my email addresss, or other email
addresses in web sites, responses to email messages, Word documents, etc. I
am suggesting the creation of a clip board to store a number of short text
entries. The clip board would be available as a seperate entity, not linked
to Word, Outlook, etc. The user would call up the clip board with a right
mouse click within any Office or IE application, and copy the selected text
entry to the selected location.

Try Clipmate it's a great utility for storing text entries. It has a power
paste function that is great for filling out forms.
