Create Adobe PDF Function gone missing - XP

I keep getting an error pop-up every time I open Word
to "Please re-install Create Adobe PDF."

I've used all the CDs that came with my Gateway 300s and
tried Gateway's support service.

No luck.

Anyone have any ideas? Please email me.

Suzanne S. Barnhill

Search for a .dot file with PDF in the name. It will most likely be in the
Word or Office Startup folder. Delete it.
