Create an EXE from a spreadsheet?

Is there any app that allows me to create an EXE from a spreadsheet?

I have done a search and come up with "Visual Baler" which doesn't really do what I want.

Any advice appreciated.

Visual Baler is NOT a good answer but if you want it I'll sell you my old
