Create an outline

Hi,

I try to create an group & outline and I expecting some little problems.

1) I select 5 rows before a subtotal
2) I select Data, Group and outline, Group
3) At the left, I see the -
4) I clik on the - and the pop up appear - CANNOT SHIFT OBJECTS OFF SHEET-

What I'm doing wrong with this?

I could do it ok in xl2002.
