Is there a way to create a outlook task that once I open it, it will open a
particular word document? I read the following in an online forum. "You can
command Tasks to remind you not only to open a file on the day, hour and even
minute you choose, but it can actually locate it and then open it for you."
The advice this person gave doesn't work. I believe because he was working
with Office 2000. I currently use Office 2003 with Windows XP as my OS.
