Create an view all issues/risks list

As admin of the project server I want to create a view where I can see ALL
issues AND risks EVER created in any of the project's workspaces which may be
assigned to ANYONE and from any CREATOR that are still in active status.

I tried to make one by creating a custom view in the LISTS where I chose:
Format-> Standard view
FIlters -> Show only items where
ASSIGNED TO is not equal to <myname> (Becauese these I can already see them)
AND
ISSUE STATUS -> is equal to "ACTIVE"

but yet I do not see issues assigned to others.

Please help

hi thodoris,

Not sure what version of Project Server you use, but if you use 2007, I
would recommend using the Data Annalysis functionality, which allows you to
create a view that gives you the total number of all risks and issues within
your system ( you will need to use the Risk cube or Issue cube).

Another alternative is to use Reporting Services to create a report from the
Project Server Reporting Database. There you will have the ability to create
a report which you can easily print as well.
