I'm just trying out Excel 2003 and have almost immediately hit a wall. I've
got an existing spreadsheet and would like to save it as an XML file. I can
save it as an XML Spreadsheet file, but I'd prefer a simpler XML
representation. I assume that if I had an "XML map" I might be able to do
that, but I can't find anywhere in the docs that explains how to construct
such a thing. It appears that you *use* existing XML maps, but how the heck
do you create one from scratch?
Thanks in advance for any advice or pointers into the docs.

PS - the Help in Excel 2003 is SLOOOOOOOOOW. Any reason for that?
