I want to create chapters within a presentation
When I click on plus button opening the contex and related slides

The easiest way to do this, I would think would be to use several linked
presentations. this way developing one chapter does not effect all th
others.

Not sure if I've understood what you need. As well as Bill's answer...

Maybe you could create a custom show for each chapter (Slide Show > Custon
Shows > New) and then have a cotents page with buttons that link to these
custom shows (tick show and return)
