Create calendar/schedule in Access?

I currently have three tables set up: Vendor Information,
Salesperson List, and Calendar.
The salesperson list table has the employee's names, phone
numbers, which dept they are in, etc. Auto-number is the PK.
The vendor information table has the contact information
for each vendor and how long their class lasts (ex: 1 hour)
Auto-number is the PK.
The Calendar table is still in the making?? Date is the PK.

I have to find a way to create a schedule of classes and
print out what time each class is, and which employees will
be attending those classes. There needs to be 3 different
schedules per day though: 1 for Kitchen and Bath
employess, 1 for Flooring employees, and 1 for Wallpaper
employees (the three different possible departments).
