Create chart wizard

I have a split form and I would like create a chart wizard based on
recordsetclone.

I mean, I click on the button, opens a form where we can 3 list box, one
shows the fields from the recordset that the user choose for primary axis,
list box 2, field list to select value to secondary axis list box.

any body knows any link where can help me?
